BP-1 – General basis for preparation of sustainability statements
The Enea Group has prepared consolidated sustainability report for 2024, with the scope of consolidation consistent with the financial statements and includes subsidiaries and indirect subsidiaries. The Group considers its associate, Polimex Mostostal, as part of the Enea Group’s value chain, but does not include it in full reporting, since it has no operational control. The following Group entities are exempt from standalone or consolidated sustainability reporting:
- Enea Operator
- Enea Wytwarzanie
- Enea Elektrownia Połaniec
- Enea Ciepło
- Enea Nowa Energia
- Enea Centrum
- Enea Power&Gas Trading
- Enea Serwis
The Enea Group has considered its upstream and downstream value chain in identifying impacts, risks and opportunities as part of the Double Materiality analysis and carbon footprint calculations.
Enea Group did not take the option to omit information regarding intellectual property or ongoing negotiations.
